Are you a graduate nurse looking to get your foot in the door? At Preferred Care, we’re proud of our mentoring program where new nursing grads can buddy up with experienced nurses to help build their experience and confidence in the aged-care setting.
Designed to offer graduate nurses a place to learn and grow, it’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and support our up-and-coming generation of nurses. This is one of the reasons Preferred Care was founded – to bring more nurses to aged care – and as we grow, so does this program.
